Best customer service!!! My daughter ordered a phone case for her new phone and later realized she ordered the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they promptly replied to my concern, changed the order in their system, and assured me that the right one would be coming. I thought for sure I'd have to cancel the order, submit a new order, and so on, and I did none of that! It was dealt with in a rational and timely manner, which is hard to find! I will be a repeat customer!
I needed to amend my order and the team went above and beyond to assist me. They were so helpful and so lovely about the two errors in made in my order. I have bought three cases from them in the past and will always go back to them for a protective but fun case for any piece of technology! Could not recommend more
Ordered a phone case with the promise of “easy returns”, but have been ghosted from customer service. I’ve emailed 4 times (no phone number) over 4 weeks with nothing back (I’ve checked junk mail). So I’m stuck with a crappy $80 case. Also filled in their own automated feedback form which was never published! Clearly very dodgy.
I just love this company so much! Not only was my phone case so pretty and seemed very durable, but when I had a fault on my part for picking the wrong case, they were extremely helpful with making an exchange. Best customer service I’ve ever encountered!!
The Taylor Texas Dairy Queen has lost our business. Simply, cold food, wall paper paste gravy, and limited drink selections and lackluster service have finally ended our patronage, We are used to better. I have been stopping at DQ for over 60 years in various places. This one is the worst.
Been a long time customer - love the new embedded magsafe chargers into the case which look really discreet and are functional. Great quality cases that are beautifully designed. Excellent customer service - looking forward to expanding the collection!
Awesome customer support team! I ordered a phone case that unfortunately didn’t clip properly all the way around my phone. Maria and Francis were awesome and so helpful. They sent me a replacement and even offered to upgrade me to the Armoured case. Awesome company and great product!
i had a phone case i bought back in late october which over a span of 6 months, the printing had faded quite a lot… quite disappointing for how much money i paid, however when reaching out to customer service in april following year, they immediately sent out a brand new case free of charge as compensation. the customer service team incl. Francis is absolutely amazing!! super happy
