My first time shopping with The Dairy and it has been nothing but amazing. The customer service team has been amazing in assisting me with my order. I love how the company chooses to be mindful. I look forward to ordering more in the future!
I want to take back my review. I did order a snap case without realising and they state clearly to read which phone case you've chosen. This is why it was thin. I meant to get the thick tough one. I am otherwise very happy with my case and constantly stare at it lovingly. I had a reply for them and they seem to be good customer service. They also gave me a free pouch which has been very handy.
We were very pleased with our service for a phone case when we eventually received our order. Our tip is to select E-post option as our first order never arrived. However the Dairy communicated with us and resent the same order (no charge) E -post. Thank you great service when things go wrong!
Damaged: I ordered two cases, and one arrived damaged. The damage is located near the camera cutout.Low-Quality Print: The damaged case also has terrible print quality around the edges. I ordered a red case, but the edges are white, revealing the interior plastic. It looks like the red print doesn’t wrap far enough inside. I’ve used hard shell cases with printed backgrounds before and have never encountered this issue.Poor Material: The plastic feels incredibly flimsy. Somehow, even a $10 shell case from Amazon feels sturdier than The Diary's case.For $55 plus tax, this product is not worth the price and is certainly not the luxury item it claims to be. I've contacted customer service with photos and I hope they can help somehow.
I ordered an armoured custom phone case. The quality seems great! My own design printed really well too. I ordered the gloss finish as I tend to drop my phone quite a bit.. it has nice grip to it and I am yet to have it slip out my hand. Customer service was beyond amazing when I needed help with my custom order. I can’t comment on a drop yet but highly recommend!!
Superb customer service on top of great phone cases. I recently ordered two cases. I managed to order one of them the wrong size for the phone. I contacted customer service to see if I could use my discount code again. Francis was so brilliant and as a token of goodwill is sending me the correct sized case at no further cost. Not even postage. This is such a lovely gesture. My other (correctly sized) case is on the phone and it is superb quality and great design. Cannot recommend highly enough.
