When I contacted The Dairy team about a broken phone case purchased 4 months prior, there was no hesitation in them offering to replace it. Their service was truly above and beyond. I ordered a case in December and it had some fading issues. After contacting customer service they very promptly sent a replacement. My replacement arrived and was actually incorrect but again this has been so quickly rectified. It’s obviously not great that I’ve had a couple of issues but the care and promptness I’ve received from Maria and Francis on the customer service team has been phenomenal! If only all brands had customer service that is this efficient.
Absolutely the best phone cases ever. I have been using them for years and have never had a phone break since! (And I have a toddler who is always dropping my phone). The designs are so pretty and so many amazing options from incredible artists. I recently had been dealing with their custom support and they were fantastic too, so helpful, fast to reply and solved my issue so quickly. Couldn’t recommend them enough honestly.
I never received my $50 phone case. I’ve been contacting the support team for 2 months now and they have been responsive but no help. They said they would send a replacement like two weeks ago and I still haven’t even got a tracking number, can’t believe I was scammed $50 for one phone case.
I will seriously never order another phone case from any other brand that is not The Dairy. When my first phone case didn’t quite meet my expectations, and also fit a bit small on my iPhone 13 Pro, I decided to email customer support as I wanted to begin a return. I had briefly mentioned that I wanted to try a different style of case - and instead of having me return the first one, and purchase another, their customer service team very, very kindly offered to send me their armored version. Not only are their phone cases stunning, but their care for their customers goes above and beyond. I cannot say thank you enough!!
