I recently purchased a phone case from The Dairy and was immediately impressed by their customer service. The case was beautiful but didn’t quite match the colour of my phone. They were incredibly helpful with the exchange process, and I was able to get a new case free of charge as well as keep the original case. The quality of these cases is fantastic, so I’ll definitely be a returning customer!!
Great customer service! Kind, engaging and helpful team. I accidentally ordered a phone case the wrong size, received the money back within the next day and didn't even have to return the case. The quality of the cases feel expensive. I can't do anything but rate this company 5/5!!
The team at thedairy were amazing to speak with during the process of ordering my phone case after i had an address mishap, they fixed it for me right away. I am also extremely happy with how my case came up and am absolutely obsessed, I will definitely be ordering new cases from them in the future!!
I had made a mistake in ordering the product. I was taking meds following a major surgery and was off. I realized my error when I received the wrong size of the product ordered, even tho the representative kept trying to get my attention to make sure I was ordering the right size. I was mortified and apologized at once. In no time they sent me back the right size without wanting a refund or a return. WHICH COMPANY DOES THAT UNLESS THEY ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET? I have nothing else to say. Only a huge THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND GENEROSITY!!
I ordered a phone case and an AirPod case last year. I had an issue with my phone case, and customer support was amazing! Despite being in a different country to where my initial order was placed, they went out of their way to help. Can’t recommend enough. Also, the AirPod case has been great!
