Amazing quality cases that stand the test of time in really cute designs. I’ve had 2 cases from them now that have both been lovely, I’ve tried cheaper cases (Skinnydip etc) and regretted it so much that I immediately returned to The Dairy (and I won’t buy future phone cases from anywhere else).
I loved the service and friendly team at this company, and artwork on these cases and the actual quality of the case is excellent, however the printing is pretty bad quality. It scratches really easily and there was little patches on the edges that the print had stretched on. Furthermore, I keep a magnetic phone grip on the back of my phone and the colour of the case has faded so much and I have only had the case for a month or so, you can tell because the spot under the phone grip is the original colour. For the price of this case I am disappointed in this and will not be repurchasing.
I couldn’t find the case I wanted so I emailed The Dairy to enquire. They were super helpful and helped me with my order. They shipped it out speedily. I received it a few days ago and the case is super sturdy and great quality. The artwork is gorgeous too (designed by Apero).I was a little anxious to choose a case because I’m quite indecisive but I’m super pleased and will definitely shop again!
I recently ordered a phone case from The Dairy and their customer service has been exceptional! We had a little technical difficulties with the colour of the case, and they were so so patient and understanding whilst resolving the issue - especially Francis and Maria, I absolutely cannot thank them enough! I am absolutely in love with the case xxx
The Dairy customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I ordered the wrong phone case for my granddaughter's birthday gift. It came in a very timely manner but when I gave it to her it was the wrong case. I contacted customer service and ask to exchange it. They went beyond my exceptions and sent me the correct case without requiring me to send the other case back. No doubt when she wants to repace this one we know who we will be ordering from.
I recently had a disappointing experience with The Dairy. I placed an order and was expecting to receive a pouch, which was the main reason for my purchase. However, the pouch was missing from my delivery. When I contacted customer service, instead of promptly resolving the issue, they insisted I take photographs of everything I received.I changed this to 5 Stars because customer service were incredibly responsive and I feel I could shop at the Dairy again and I'm glad for that since I love my case! I got sent two pouches and I got a refund so I can't complain at all.
