Terrible service

Terrible service, didn't deliver my tree or let me know they weren't going to deliver it until I called them! I have been told I will be refunded but have no evidence of this at this time.

MAKE SURE THEY DELIVER TO YOUR AREA

Be aware that they quite happily take the order and money but then decide that they have no vans to deliver to certain areas of London. When placing the order I was only advised that certain days weren't available so I ordered for the 9th December. Got an email today saying they have cancelled the order. When I called was advised that it's a Google problem that certain areas aren't excluded from their system - hence the order went through at that time, only for them to now cancel it.
