Be very careful of this company

Be very careful of this company, they have removed all of their feedback from last year as the reviews were REALLY REALLY bad. Wrote a feedback last year also on google, but they have cleared all their feedbacks after all the 1* they received. Last year ordered tree that never arrived on time, no tracking (even though they say so in their marketing email/web page), had to message/call them several times to get a refund.Initially ordered a tree for specific delivery date - never received it on time. Followed up and received a response that “surely it has been delivered”.After chasing again, they said “actually we have few days back log and it should be with you some time soon”.I needed tree for a specific date so had to go elsewhere and get an alternative.Asked for a refund and had all of my emails/messages ignored. Received only once a reply that refund had been done, but never received the funds. It took me almost 1 month and numerous emails & messages to get back the money £107 back.I asked for company details in order to make a complaint to ombudsman about their customer service, not meeting the promise that they do on webpage and not refunding - instead of details I received threats.Save your Christmas, go elsewhere!!

Update and let down on further promises

As a further update following my tree and stand never being delivered last year and not being refunded. I see Nordmann responded to my post and for me to get back in touch. Well it’s come as no surprise that I did this and as per all my chases last year no response. If it wasn’t so complicated going to trading standards I would have done as they are a scam!

DO NOT USE this company. Same story with christmas tree as everybody else's. Website says "State your delivery date" and that "Unless contacted otherwise, your date will be the date for delivery. You will be sent an SMS message on the morning of your delivery providing you with a timeslot that day."I ordered a tree for a family member. After order, there was absolutely no communication. Email goes unanswered. My family member called several times and when they finally got through, the person was extremely rude and making excuses. Unacceptable customer experience for the price I paid.

Conman Dan this company should fold

Nice tree and two wreaths, turned up five days late after I wrote this below!!!!! Do not buy its a scam I had the same experience NOTE Dan is terrible at his job and company that is online advertising is nothing like the service - Do not buy anything from this company ordered my works Christmas tree and wreaths in 15th November to arrive Friday the 1st of December - Still not received Tree Wreaths or a refund - Conman and not going to stop telling people about how bad this company is!!!!!! They have a shop in Wimbledon which I'm going to pay a visit record and expose them!!!!!! Kept telling me it was going to arrive today at 1pm and guess what nothing!

I wish I had read up on the reviews before ordering. The Nordnmann are shockingly awful as they part of my order was missing and never received. I emailed and called on numerous occasions and finally got a text from Dan promising a refund which I never received. These guys are an absolute joke so don’t waste your time, money and energy on buying anything from them. AVOID!!!!!

Missing tree, no responses or any communications via any channels.

I ordered the tree at the end of October for Saturday 2nd of December, stayed at home on Saturday and Sunday all day but the tree never arrived and I did not get any communication from them about the delay or new delivery date. Their contact phone is not answering, messages and emails are not replied to.I see other people complain about delays as well, but has anyone with similar experience actually received the tree eventually? I don't know what to do now. I don't want to buy another tree and then get delivered the 2nd one a day later, but if I don't get a tree before next weekend my wife will kill me.

It is such a shame that I did not consult online reviews before ordering from them. The delivery was late with no intimation and we got a tree without a wooden stand which we paid for. They do not respond to either phone calls or emails. I am surprised the trading standards body has not been alerted about this irresponsible company
