Review Time
We had a great experience last year, so we ordered again this year, but we have yet to receive a tree. I was promised delivery on November 28 and got a message that it would arrive between 16:15 and 18:15. As it got later, I checked the tracking, and it kept delaying. By 21:45, it was still saying 21:45 to 22:15. I emailed for an update, called the next morning, and spent an hour on hold without reaching anyone. I still hadn’t heard anything by December 1, and now the office is closed with no response to my numerous emails. Like many others, it seems this is a scam—I've contacted my card company and need to find a tree elsewhere!
I ordered a tree that arrived on my chosen day. I received a message that morning with an estimated time and tracking link. The tree is lovely, and I'm pleased with it. My only complaint is that confirmation was only via text. After reading reviews, I was anxious about whether the tree would arrive. I tried to contact them multiple times but received no response. In the end, the tree arrived on time, but the uncertainty was off-putting for future orders.
I ordered a tree for guaranteed delivery on November 28. Despite numerous calls and emails for an update, I couldn't reach anyone. The shipping status still shows as 'processing'. Their phone service is now disconnected, forwarding to a full voicemail inbox. Clearly, this is a fraudulent operation with no intention of fulfilling orders. I will report this transaction to the relevant authorities.
I am extremely disappointed. Last year, I ordered my tree without issues, but this year has been a disaster. The tree was supposed to arrive Wednesday, but delivery kept getting delayed until it never showed up. We struggled to find a contact number, and when I emailed, there was no response. Eventually, we reached someone who confirmed delivery for today, but that person was rude and unhelpful. The tree did arrive, but it was five hours late and not as nice as the one from last year. I will not be ordering from this company again.
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I paid in advance for a garland scheduled for delivery on November 28, but it never arrived. I wasted an entire day waiting for it. The company failed to communicate why it didn’t show up. I emailed to inquire about the delivery, and after four working days, I still received no reply. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered a tree online for elected day delivery, tree not delivered and nil contact from the company. Tried to contact them via phone, text, what’s app, email, social media and nil response and nil answer on any platform. Still no tree, still no communication from them. Mailboxes all now full so obviously other people have been caught out as well and also trying to contact these dead end communication methods! Please avoid at all costs!
Booked delivery for Monday. It’s Wednesday night and no Christmas three. Spent 20 min on a line with CS, was assured the delivery will be today…obviously that didn’t happen. don’t waste your time. They are not worth it! Last year I’ve ordered from different company, and there was no delays at all. Should’ve order from them this year too. Good lesson.
Completely unreliable. Ordered a tree from this company. Delivery failed two days in a row after ordering a month in advance l, no contact from them, no response to emails and didn’t answer their phones. Their phone lines don’t get answered. I wouldn’t order from them again.
