I bought a Hisense American fridge freezer June 2024,it came with an extended 2year Hisense warranty After 13 months the fridge freezer failed, Hisense eventually issued an uplift number for Shop@home to use, after very many emails to different addresses and what looks like they have blocked my emails to the helpdesk,I have now written to them citing that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.I sent this 9 days ago giving them 14 days to rectify, if not rectified, the next step is the small claims court. Customers service is non existent!
I bought an ex-showroom oven from Shop At Home on 1st October, which was delivered on 6th October. Unfortunately arrived faulty. The fan doesn't work and it hums very loudly. I have since sent Shop At Home four emails on the 19th, 21st, 23rd and 27th October stating the problem, including a video and requesting a return and refund. I have only received one response from them on the 21st asking more about the hum and oven condition, but not initiating any return. They have not replied to my last three emails.I am now requesting a chargeback from my bank and contacting Citizens Advice. Beware of this seller!
The Shop at home has saved me and family lots of money!I originally purchased a washing machine at savings of upto 40% off RRP! My family has gone on to purchase fridge freezers, dishwashers and tumble dryers. All items have warranty for piece of mind!I definately recommend!!!!
Bought a washer dryer at a fraction of the retail price. Delivered within days and only a very small mark on the front of the machine. Great customer service, although can take a working day to reply to emails (website live chat is much quicker) Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from these guys again
Bought ex display washing machine, it was delivered within 4 days which is great, however poor communication. Requested return as item not as advertised, missing inlet pipe and did come with no transit/transport bolts, more than 2 days no response, however no communication yet from the shop despite follow ups-No phone to use or any active contact details. Surely, customers must not have to chase suppliers like this!
I ordered and paid for fridge freezer it is to be delivered 5-7 working days I went on webchat?????? to say I am not at home on 2nd October and have received a message to say its being delivered on 2nd october. I have been on web chat again and again no reply, there is no phone number listed how do I contact them?????????
Excellent American fridge freezer at a very good price. Condition was ‘like new’ albeit ex display but was in really good condition. The service was excellent less the delivery. The texts and emails to prepare for delivery are very useful. This was a large heavy item and access is challenging to say the least so I removed an outside door and a sash window in preparation and taken time off to receive. The tracker is very useful as are the update text. Unfortunately with 20mins to go our Friday delivery was postponed to Monday with no explanation. Monday worked less the fact they were reluctant to move the item to where we required so we did it ourselves! There is no phone number to berate people when it all goes pear shaped…hence 4 stars not 5
