Review Time
Like many others who have posted recently, I have tried to contact the Urban Botanist to complain about 2 things - a bonsai that has already died after only 3 weeks despite following their instructions, and the short battery life of the supplied fairy lights. It seems that this company has either folded (no sign on Company's House) or really has decided not to bother with any customer care. Phone numbers do not work, emails are returned with an auto-message regarding Christmas deliveries only . I would urge them to sort their act out AND for others to look elsewhere. Very disappointed.
I very rarely leave reviews but I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do.I ordered an ecosphere for my wife's birthday and it's already started to wilt and die.I called the Urban Botanist's number and was asked to send pictures via email. I did this and heard nothing back.I've sent 4 emails now with no reply and have tried to call them today but their number isn't working.Their Instagram seems to be functioning still though, so I assume their in business.Really bad customer service so far and very disappointed with a plant that should be 'self watering' and require little care.As it stands. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I bought a gift in January for my daughter for delivery in London.She never received the gift.I have emailed the company and the company have not replied.The company cashed the money. I tried to phone the company but never answered, I left a message on your answering machine but never answered.DO NOT BUY ON THE WEBSITE. IT IS A FAKE
Received this as an gift with no instructions / QR codes or info about what plants I had, I emailed them to get an email that read - here’s the info and a general pdf that can be found on the site. Nothing else! For the amount of money I see these terrariums go for.. I suggest finding another company.
I can't give this less than one star or I would. After purchase that wasn't quite what I expected they accepted the return product BUT HAVE NEVER REFUNDED THE MONEY!!!! Countless emails and call have been made and just ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTSI Wish the new owners all the best but im still out of pocket with no product and zero money returned 😡
After paying £150 my ecosphere has gone mouldy. I bought it in mid December and it started to turn black just after Christmas. I have left voicemails, emails, filled in their form and tried the chat function. Have they gone bust because i cant get any response
