Not a good experience with this company. Firstly our biosphere arrived with a lot of condensation, which we swiftly wiped away. We also left the cork lid off to dry it out a bit. However after a few days a significant amount of mould built up on the plants - we had to throw them all out eventually as they were rotten, despite being in a room with the recommended humidty.We contacted the company and they apologised and said they would send us new plants. These never arrived and have now ignored our emails for months.Really poorly customer service and highly recommend trying other providers
Bought a present for a relative for Xmas, as others plants have gone mouldy and no response back from company. Having looked them up on companies house (TERRARIUM UK LTD), they have gone into liquidation, so by all means register as a creditor, but wouldn’t expect to get anything back. Certainly if the website is still live do not place any new orders, and if you have the ability claim a charge back on your credit card for unfulfilled orders.
Scam company. Got bought an ecosphere for Christmas, it was really expensive but seemed worth it. Beautiful when it arrived but the plants rotted after only 2 weeks despite us not watering it. Initially they seemed really helpful but now we can’t get hold of them. Initially I assumed they’d gone bust but they’re still advertising on Instagram. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
