Review Time
First the product was ruined after 6 months of purchase. Retailer got advise from the firm asking for review and was told to buy a replacement kit so I did, cost me £40 or so. You left the prices on the plants that I got which was only 4 with a price tag of £1.99 each so it cost £32 for the compose and moss lol. I will never by from this firm again when my £12 spin off version from my local supermarket has lasted me 3 years now. Waste of money
I recently bought a DIY dinosaur terrarium (£60) for my little boy. What turned up was an average, cheap and rather poor experience.Despite the price the terrarium jar is plastic and has visible plastic joins either side of the jar. It looks cheap and tacky.The plants are smaller than the picture and come in a plastic cup, too small for the plants. By the time you to get to planting them, they have fallen out the cup about 100 times and not an ounce of soil is left.There are no instructions at all, an assumption you are all experts in this field, so by completion stage the whole thing looked utterly woeful. The dinosaur toys are cheap and look like what you pick up in a local Pound Shop.For the price it's disgusting. You could certainly buy all of these items yourself for around £15/20
Absolutely amazing! Ann-Marie, Lucy and their team put together the most beautiful Terrarium I could have asked for. It’s vibrate, modern and most importantly healthy. If your looking for an alternative to fresh cut flowers that can breathe life and colour into your property and make it feel more like a home then this is the company to do it! Highly recommended!! We've bought a number of things from Urban Botanist and been really impressed with the quality of the products but, more importantly, the quality of the customer service - particularly from Anne Marie. On one occasion we had a minor manufacturing issue and an entire replacement arrived the following day without question.
