Jhia was super helpful. I asked if I could change dates on purchased tickets and Jhia was able to make that happen and made the process really easy with no mucking around. I was also happy with how quickly Jhia responded to my email 😊

Concert ticket refund

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the new dates for the Justin Beiber concert we had to ask for a refund. the response was prompt and they were very understanding. Excellent Work Ticketmaster!!!
