Review Time
After a gig I was due to go to was being constantly postponed because of covid etc. I thought it would be a drama to get my money refunded.However the customer service guy (Henry) that I got hold of made it a breeze & I had my refund the same night. Outstanding!
I purchased tickets for Elton John two years ago. Had the concert gone ahead there would have been no problem printing the tickets at home. I am now told that I have to queue up on the day at a box office at the venue to get the tickets. This is far from satisfactory and is totally counterproductive to the whole idea of purchasing tickets online
Due to our change in circumstances, (relocating to a retirement village) I requested a refund for tickets purchased for a concert in March next year. Cadmiel responded to my request with courtesy and explained the ticket purchasing policy. However, then upon hearing my explanation of our circumstances, she past our request for a refund on to the promoter who in turn has granted the refund. We are most grateful and commend Cadmiel for her professional manner.
After purchasing tickets for Elton John before the COVID lockdowns and then the show was postponed with another date given. While the first lockdown was on my husband had been very unwell and unfortunately it was going to be too hard for him to attend with travel to get there. I rang customer service and they were so helpful and understanding. Within 24hrs a refund was given. Wonderful service!!!! Thank you
I asked for a refund for ballet tickets due to getting COVID. Pauline from Customer Services was so helpful which I particularly appreciated when feeling so lousy with COVID. I would recommend Ticketmaster 100% & hope Pauline’s manager gets to read this review! Thanks again Pauline. Sue
I did start by making the error of using an alternate supplier, Ticket Merchant, they forwarded my tickets which then went to Ticket Master. Which worked fine initially. I am not sure who is to blame between Ticket Merchant and Ticket Master, but my ticket disappeared, I was told by Ticket Master that due to a production change, my seats have been changed and to contact my supplier (Ticket Merchant). It took way too many messages (to both parties) to get it sorted. While I did get to the concert and it was awesome, the (replacement) seats I was provided with were cheaper than the ones I had initially paid for. The initial seats I chose, sat empty all night. On the positive side, I will be sure to go direct next time as going through a secondary merchant proved a lot of hassle and I paid more than I would have going direct through Ticket Master, I thought I was paying NZ dollars and was charged extra currency rates on top of that too.
