Good Service

A while back I had bought tickets to Come From Away, Recently I learned that it had been postponed for a year and was reissued another ticket for those dates. I could not really guarantee that I could attend a show that far in advance, I applied for a refund. My application was acknowledged the same day and the refund was in my bank within 3 days. Great service !!

Ticket Refund Request…

Rang and requested a refund for tickets to an event I was unable to attend. I was verbally guided through the process on the website by a very patient lady. She was extremely helpful and made it very easy for me to do. Great customer service!
