I was completely unable to get any useful feedback feedback from you.I am not a "touch typist", so just a note like this is very time consuming,and frustrating.Fortunately my daughter is a very experienced and knowledgeable office worker and was able to tame the beast,but it is embarrassing to have to call on her.You should be able to make it easier.

Prompt service in difficult circumstances

I was one of the many thousands of people with tickets to the Elton John concerts in Auckland cancelled due to flooding. I have no doubt this created a huge amount of work to process refunds, with the added complication of many people buying tickets 3 or 4 years ago on now-expired credit cards. I was one of those people. Despite this, our refund was processed very quickly - much appreciated.
