If I could give this 0 and 5 stars I would. It was a simple query, I could not print my secure tickets. I googled for resolutions, and searched the site. I could not find one. So I logged a ticket, it asked for as much detail as possible. I provided some detailed info. I received an automated possibly ai generated response that was in no way related to my problem. Then replied "this does not resolve my problem" and provided the info again. Then a real customer representative bypassed the drivel up to this point, and after a couple of days sent me my tickets - that is how it should be done - please don't tell me all I am worth is some bot response. The money spent creating a chat bot with ai magic would be far better targeted on some good staff getting back to your customers quickly. So, 0 for the bot - 5 stars for the human.

Great to get a prompt response.But the lack of options to choose a printed ticket on the website is very frustrating, and then the time it takes to find the email option, adds to that frustration.

Ordered Tickets in July Never received them for a concert on DecTelling me that I gave them a wrong email address despite not having them recorded as a purchase in my App Had to cancel my accomodating I booked as I would not have received a refund by the time Ticketmaster decided to reissue the tickets Sent an enquiry on Monday and took them till Thursday till 1.30pm to tell me that it was my fault that I gave them the wrong email address despite as I said not in my App as a purchase Seriously Ticketmaster it’s your incompetence and poor service then trying to blame the consumer this will be contacting consumer affairs and lodging a complaint through VTAC Plus all media outlets will be contacted regarding your unethical practices !!!!
