Review Time
We purchased tickets to a concert. The concert date was changed, and we were offered tickets to a new date or a refund. We chose to receive a refund, and over three months later, we are still chasing our refund. We have been emailing around and jumping through hoops. No phone number, no clear information other than 'There has been a delay due to the high volume of EFT forms and our finance team need to process.' What kind of delay extends THREE MONTHS!!!
If you have any strong reason that you cannot attend the event you bought the tickets for from Ticketmaster, they will not refund your money. My advice is not to use a service with that sort of policy.You never know on the day of event you may not be able to go for something more important.
I needed to change the time of the concert I was going to, so I emailed Ticketmaster on Friday evening. Buy Monday morning I received an acknowledgement of receipt of my inquiry, and by Wednesday I successfully changed my tickets to the concert I wanted to change to. There was very little fuss, the operator I was communicating with was very helpful, and my issue was able to be resolved very quickly
Tried to get refund on a concert I would not attend due to a death in the family. I was happy to supply proof of the funeral service and flight details. Will never use them again and will continue to give them bad reviews. Show a little compassion to your customers
