Horrible service

Horrible service, even worse connection. They are not even waiting on you when your running for your life to get the train. It’s just 100% lacking in all, back to the car that is. Caring about the earth has its limits!

On the 16/08/2023 my train suffered a 4 hour delay. I missed my flight.I had to stay overnight in Vienna, and was told to send the invoices of this overnight and re-booking to ÖBB, by their own employees. I was even directed to where I could stay overnight, near the airport.I did as I was told, believing their lies.I had to call 4 times now, to get an update of my status, only to find out today, that my case was closed, with no apparent reason. I was never given any information in regard to anything. When asking for the reason, the child on the phone told me that there was none given and that she was not able to assist me any further. She advised me to re-fill another form (through the same way in which my first form had been sent). When I asked to talk to some superior to file a formal complaint, I was told to... fill in a form on the website.Considering how it has gone so far, I'd say that this is pretty useless.Horrible service, the customer service agents on the phone will happily hang up on you.

Overcrowded trains in 100% of time. Please never pay extra for a seat reservation as someone mentioned earlier, you will never get to your seat through the crowd...

FIND ANOTHER WAY TO TRANSPORT. ÖBB ITS A DISASTER

Listen to us, thousands of users that regret using this train company. Don't do it, they will ruin your vacation. Everything goes wrong with ÖBB.

Train cancelled

Train cancelled , no notification given and when asked multiple representatives were given different trains to board and differing platforms When finally got on train and tried to discuss how connections may work to accomodate their delays found this person to be exceptionally rude as were all those ÖBB representatives at Salzburg. My suggestion is be prepared to be stuffed around and not gain any assistance from their customer service team.

If only I could give minus 1

If only I could give minus 1! Absolute disaster, almost all the trains were late, no proper, efficent info, for tickets there was a long queue. We had no chance to manage anything. Never again öbb. Also rude staff if you see any..
