Review Time
The ride is fine, the vending machine ate my cash and dident give me the product (more specifically the one in Speilfeld Straß) I put my money in twice to get a pack of ships, got stuck, tried again, got stuck again. Fix it or give me my 3.80€ back
Two different our trains were completely canceled, and they provided no clear way to get to our destination, nor any more back. The first, we had a delay, missed out connection. Then, the replacement train literally broke (side not, on the way there one if there trains was on fire, I kid you not). We finally got bussed to our end destination, 5 hours later, and we arrived at 2 am in the morning.Then on the way back, the train that was labeled to go to frankfurt, simply stops in Villach ( the SAME station we had trouble the first time) and they kick everyone off with no heads up, only offer 2 busses to transport some people to the next train station. We didn't get on one, so had to wait another two hours to leave. No help the whole time, no money back. Horrible experience. I know there are delays some times, but this is ridiculous. If you are reading this, and are planning a trip with this train company, skip it, get a flight instead.

If you love crowds and sweat dripping from someone's armpit directly onto your head, this is exactly the experience for you! I just don't understand, why is the ÖBB even sellig tickets without reservation. Why can't every ticket have automatically a seat number? Even if you buy a ticket and an extra seat reservation, you might never make it through the crowds to your seat. ÖBB, please do something with this stupid system!

In the train there was a group of young people extremely noisy. Non of the personnel made any remark to them even though several company officers passed by. The two hours of our journey appeared very very unpleasant. Otherwise the train is clean and moves on schedule.
