Review Time
In the train there was a group of young people extremely noisy. Non of the personnel made any remark to them even though several company officers passed by. The two hours of our journey appeared very very unpleasant. Otherwise the train is clean and moves on schedule.
This is the most customer unfriendly company I've come across so far. They are unreachable. When I call the connection is disconnected, when I email there is no answer. I have booked a trip to Munich and I keep getting NOREPLY emails that the return trip on August 23 has changed. These emails are in German and only contain the notification that something has changed. It doesn't say what has changed. However, it contains a link to a German OBB site where more information should be available. I try to call it up in English, but then I get the homepage and the information is gone. I have the impression that the return trip has been cancelled, but I'm not sure. I call, I write, but I can't get in touch. It's to despair. I wanted to take the night train for the first time, but this is definitely the last time. I will never, ever travel with this company again and I advise anyone not to take an OBB train. It's a disaster. I'm considering cutting my losses and booking a plane.

What the actual ****? This is the worst experience I think I’ve ever had with transport. I booked a ticket on the train platform, the train never came and when I called to ask for a refund, the woman said no, I booked a bus. Nowhere does it say bus on my ticket. I told her it’s a horrible experience for tourists and she wished me a horrible day and put the phone down when I asked for her name.

Aware of peak times, tried to reserve seats on the app and the ticket machine, for some reason, even though the system showed me available capacity, nothing worked I tried for an hour. Standing in the corridor because of that for 2 plus hours just isn't fun. I Find the app especially bad, God sake, hire a proper company, pay them well and get proper improvements for your UX and UI!!!

Overloaded trains!! You find no seat and arrive always not on time!People are standing in front of the door and you feel like you are in the Japan’s Metro not in an Austrian Train.I’ll never try it again and not recommend it until they change this or do it better.
