Terrible experience with my car rental reservation and its customer service. I upgraded and instead of paying the difference, I was charged a car rental twice: once by TicketsatWork and then again by Dollar Car Rental. Dollar Car Rental would not calculate what I had already paid into the invoice of the upgrade. I thought TicketsatWork would advocate for me and honor the money it had already collected from me, but it wouldn’t. Maybe other “discount” features it offers are a legitimate service to its customers but the apparent contracts/financial agreements it has with car rental agencies is not trustworthy or ethical. I disputed the charge with my bank. I have receipts and emails to prove my claim and my experience with the bank has been much better so hopefully after all of this hassle the outcome will be a fair one. I know TicketsatWork doesn’t care about one person no longer using it, but I’m writing to give anyone else thinking about using it to rent a car— a heads-up that their reservation could go sideways and if it does you won’t get the service or help it claims to give you. Go directly to the car rental agencies not through them.
Misleading and deceiving!!!!The entire checkout process the total SAID $164.50 taxes and fees included. AFTER I confirm payment, my receipt says $197.75 paid (with $33.25 in taxes). I took screenshots throughout the payment process just in case something like this happens, but I’m still surprised something did. This is frustrating and disappointing.
I used TicketNetwork to buy concert tickets, and it was an okay experience. The prices were decent, but I did face some issues with the ticket delivery being delayed. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, but it took a little longer than I expected to get everything sorted. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're looking for tickets, but be prepared for possible delays.
I booked a hotel through TicketAtWork and paid $333.86. I never received a hotel reservation confirmation number, and when I contacted the hotel directly, they had no record of my booking whatsoever.This entire situation feels highly suspicious and possibly fraudulent. I reached out to cancel the reservation and requested a full refund due to the fact that no booking exists on the hotel's end. I have yet to receive my refund and noone can tell me when I will receive the credit to my account.As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of service—at the very least, a confirmation that my reservation exists. Instead, I was left completely in the dark with no way to verify my stay.Be cautious when using this service. If this is not resolved quickly, I’ll be escalating further.
Ticketsatwork saved my vacation with my family. I accidentally purchased 1-day tickets and realized it about an hour later, called the help line and got a customer rep within 5-10mins. They were able to issue me a credit voucher and I was able to order the new tickets for 5 days with them on the phone line to ensure that everything was perfect. 5-stars to them, thank you so much!!!
