Ticketsatwork refused to refund or credit my flights. I spoke to several customer service agents who were contradicting themselves. Their email states refunds/credits are allowable based on the Airline you are working with. Southwest stated a credit is allowable but it has to go through the travel manager (Ticketsatwork). I asked to speak to a Manager and they refused stating one is not available. They then proceeded to hang up on me. There goes $900, will never use them again and will make sure all friends and family don't either.Now of course a few days later, I mysteriously didn’t cancel the flight so no refund. What an absolute joke, out over $800, DONT USE THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE UP FREE MONEY!!!!
If it was possible to rate them negatively I would. Spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get ahold of my concert tickets, never did get them. Now they're refusing to refund the money. DO NOT DO THIS. ETA - They replied below but I've already been following this issue with them for a MONTH. They said they would make a decision in 72 hours! They will not help me. The below is a PR exercise. DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Horrendous customer service. Wasted over 2 hours of my day trying to make a car rental reservation. Multiple reps did not help …one told me how sick he is -sorry he cant help, another said there is no such place as Venice Florida, i had to spell and give the definition of the word “quote” to another, clerks dropped my call twice. I made reservation online and produced 2 orders with 2 confirmation# the clerk said “it’s probably ok-just some computer issues today”. He emailed both confirmations to me. While still on the phone with the clerk-they both cancelled and clerk said HE DIDNT KNOW WHY! I asked for a supervisor or manager and he argued with me asking me “why I did ever thing I could”. Took several requests to be transferred and him telling me “well they’re really busy with alot of other calls”. I told him how long ive already been dealing with this and will hold-he began questioning me AGAIN. Finally transferred me and after several minutes the call disconnected. Absolutely HORRENDOUS and i will tell all my co-workers of this nightmare and waste of my afternoon!
Should anything happen and you need a refund, best of luck trying to obtain it. The hotel that issues the refund due to poor service told me that the third party (tickets at work) make it extremely difficult to get any money back.The staff at tickets at work are overseas, don't speak clear English, and provide conflicting information on how to obtain your refund. They asked me for pictures of the issue at the hotel, then denied my request. When I opened another ticket, they said that they would need documentation from the hotel (something they initially told me they would collect) showing the refund. When provided them with this documentation, they denied my refund. Stay far far away.
