Bin all TOC’s, they couldn’t run a bath.

The at seat Express Cafe was suspended leaving Carlisle. Funny that, as did not even know it was operating, as saw nobody between Preston and Carlisle. Another useless TOC running for the bottom. The whole system needs binned. Pathetic.

The on line booking is awful

The on line booking is awful it is slow asks for the same details over and over. Booking a return ticket does not seem to work, overall RUBBISH!!

Liverpool to Warrington

We recently took a train from Liverpool to birchwood Warrington Jarrod our conductor was amazing. From boarding the train he was friendly and professional thanks for making our trip a good one 👍

Cycle unfriendly

The trains is fine but the cycle policy is ridiculous. Two cycles per train! On a commuter train. All train companies seem to be in competition to be least cycle friendly and TP is certainly up there in the leaderboard making commute impossible and unreliable for cyclists. Your better off with Northern rail, I've never been turned away.

Great for a freebie - Awful if you have places to be.

Booked Transpennine Express for a return trip from Glasgow to Liverpool. Train to Liverpool was cancelled due to a train fault. Arrived in Liverpool over an hour late and received a full refund of tickets through delay repay. Same story on the return leg (cause of cancellation a bit unclear as a few different excuses were offered). For the trip to Liverpool and back over £150 was refunded! Free travel!If you value timeliness and need to be somewhere fast avoid Transpennine like the plague however if you like a freebie go for it as you'll be very likely to get one.I'd advise you to be quick and book while you can however because if this company keeps throwing profits away through delay repay claims they may not be in business much longer.

The train was on time

The train was on time, our seats were reserved. We travelled from Sheffield to Cleethorpes on 10.11 train and returned on 16.26 from Cleethorpes. The conductor on the return journey was courteous, pleasant and very polite.
