Regrettably, I will no longer be buying my chicken feed and supplies from tractor supply because of your continued.funding of drag shows for children and your DEI programs. This is a bridge too far for me to support this activity. Your CEO continues to push these agendas in your company and on your employees and I have had enough of it. There are plenty of local feed and stores locally I can shop at that don't push these adjendas on their employees and customers and more importantly on our children.Thank you.
First of all, I always loved this store. I came in and bought two bags of duck food and asked for help out and I didn't get help. I'm 63 years old I had to handle two heavy bags into my truck by myself. . Bev always helped with carry outs or found someone. I'm calling corp and they better figure this out. My back isn't strong enough to carry these bags up into a truck I wasn't asked about a credit card... and my receipt is T1QK33mc3A4Ay9kG and I didn't get asked for my phone number so I can get credit for my rewards. Bev always had these people on track
Employees are treated horribly, the Columbia Missouri store is the worst. Witnessed several employees be mistreated by the manager, and by other employees along with customers. Cashiers get screamed and yelled at in the open. The company doesn't care about their employees, I've also noticed a lot of the customer base is nasty and entitled treating the cashiers like their own personal punching bags. Prices are too high, and employees over worked. Terrible company all around.
Went three times to petvet first time vet didn't show canceled 5 minutes prior,, second time upsold wife went for a rabies shot ended shaming her into buying 135 worth of shots.2 different brands of 5 in one laptop 4 way lyme rabies insisted on de worming even tho she didn't have worms.. Third time went back for lhme booster no show again these people Don care about your dog they just want money and are trained on what to say to take advantage of people and over vaccinate dogs. Better off going to a actual vet probably cheaper as well
We purchased a chicken coup from Royse City, Texas tractor supply at 8 in the evening. They told us they would load it and there was one person in front of us. 30 minutes later we went in to ask the three employees that were joking and goofing around in the store what was going on. We were told there was now three folks in front of us and they would not load us that night. Once we complained they threw a fit and snapped for us to drive to the back. They then loaded us up with pure attitude. I called customer service and asked for a manager to call me...still no call. This tractor supply can care less about customer service and their customers.
Bought a 18x48 yard roller that I had to go find on my own no help after asking at front desk. After locating it we return to the front counter with the price tag they where more than happy to take out money but got in a huff when asked to get help unlocking it. Get it hoe to discover no plug came with after thirty minutes on the phone they found the plugs but it to late to get one that night, The next morning we returned to get out plug was given the run around by Amber until we asked to speak to the manager and guess what she found them in a drawer under the register. This happened at store 375 in Batavia,Ohio
I was an employee at the store in Fredericksburg Virginia. We had a great group of people great managers great customer service All of my friends call friends everybody loves coming in the store. There was even a lady who once every 2 weeks baked the whole tractor supply employees cookies and brought them. That was many customers who came just to visit us. The tractor supply in Fredericksburg has completely changed the employees that work there are all gone the customer service is gone they don't greet you they don't help you it's just horrible. Even the shelves are empty Huh how does that How does that happen? I just had a friend call me and say have you been in tractor supply what a mess and they didn't say hello and they didn't offer me help so after walking around for 20 minutes trying to get someone to help me I just left.
