Review Time
On March 20, 2024, I ordered on-line 6 sections of fence, 4 center post and 4 end post with the help of a super nice employee in the store, because the store did not stock the items.I was told it would take 7 to 10 days. I picked up the post on April 2nd., I was told at that time the fence sections were here in Memphis, but I could not pick them up because they had to be delivered to this store. (13 day but understandable because the Easter weekend) On April 9th. I checked the tracking, it said they were on the way back to the vendor. I called customer service, I told them that I had waited, 20 days I have to get this fence built to take care of my dog. The response was that it would be most likely another 7 to 10 days before I could get my fence sections. I asked for an immediate refund so I could by the fence sections elsewhere. They said they would. This morning April 12 I received a text that the fence sections had arrived. MY problem is: 1. I bought the fence sections from another store last night. Thinking the refund was on its way, it was not. 2. The end post and center post do not match the parts I bought from you guys. If I keep your competitors' sections, I will have to return your end and center fence posts. After making another call to customer service to see why they continued with the order after I had cancelled it and did not refund my money, they said it would take time. I agreed to take the fence sections, but I feel like it was ransom. I have shopped every store in the Memphis and surrounding areas, have always found it to be helpful, your employees are nice, store is clean, discounts can be found. Your customer service people are helpful, but they seem to have their hand tied. I would stick with brick and mortar, your ship will sink if you cannot fix these online issues.You can only be disappointed with something if you have high expectations and have an urgency to complete projects. Horrible place to do business.You can't be certain of anything you buy there. We bought 18 baby chicks, labeled as "Pullets". 3 Turned out to be Roosters. They now tell us they don't make guarantees. So basically all they do is guess and screw their customers. May as well just label them as dogs if you can't certify what you are going to get.Really disappointed. Won't be shopping with them again.
I purchased the Producer's Pride Producer's Pride Guardian Chicken Coop, 14 Chicken Capacity from Tractor Supply in March 2024. I paid for the assembling service Tractor Supplied offered. I had the coop assembled a few weeks before putting my chickens in the coop. I moved the chickens in the coop mid-April so have only been using it for a few weeks. I bought the product because it seemed easier than having a custom-built product and I liked the idea of two doors for entry, one in the enclosed coop and the other for the chicken run. I use the door on the chicken run at least twice a day once to let the chickens out of the coop in the morning and again to lock them up at night. The handle provided to slide the coop door open and closed jams all of the time making it imperative I open and close the door manually from inside the run. The latest problem is the chicken run door fell off. I spent an hour trying to figure out the issue and how to reattach the door then realized the top hinged pulled away from the door making it impossible to get the door reattached. I finally was able to pound the hinge back on the door to get the door reattached but now the door is sprung and does not close easily or tightly; it is a challenge every time I open the door to enter the run and then getting the door to close tightly to protect my chickens. Furthermore, I researched how to make the coop predator proof and found the wire openings on the chicken run were much too wide to protect the chickens from the likes of weasels and snakes so I went out and spent an additional $100 buying hardware cloth with a much tighter mesh. All and all I am very unhappy with the product. In total, I paid Tractor Supply $1,513.65 for the coop, assembly, shipping and tax plus I spent another $100 for the additional protective hardware cloth. I will probably end up having to replace this product to ensure my chickens are safe. I truly believe Tractor Supply should provide me with a refund. I did submit this review to the Tractor Supply website but they refused to post it. I guess they only post positive reviews.
The worst company experience ever. I purchased an online product to receive it late and damaged, with no help from TSC. I had to call the Green Works manufacture myself and get help. This was not worth the effort or experience. Go to another source for all your needs.
Tractor Supply is always ready for every season. I appreciate how they anticipate customers' needs. For instance, before summer's fly season, they ensure their shelves are stocked with fly sprays for horses. Their consistent preparedness and attention to seasonal details make shopping there a reliable and pleasant experience.
Do not buy a lawnmower or anything like this from tractor supply they do not stand behind their word and the warranty they sell called power plus is a pure scam too customers shop elsewhere for anything bigger than a bag of dog food
The service I get from my local store is great, the people friendly and helpful to the best of their ability.The subscription service I received for a much-needed feed was the absolute worst! Even with a subscription, the feed was hardly ever in stock, I would have to wait most times a week and a half to det the feed that was on the subscription. I was under the impression that a subscription would get the feed I needed when they were actually needed. I have been a member since 2021 and a Tractor supply shopper for almost as long as Tractor Supply has been in this Wiggins, and the Gulfport, MS. area and feel really let down by the subscription process Tractor Supply uses, to say the least. I even have to wonder if Tractor Supply even cares about these reviews.
I was Just at My Tractor Supply , Red Stone Bricks shown 46 in stock, The 2nd Girl at the Cashier was waiting on her Friend, whom she walked to the front check her out, getting ready to walk her outside, I ask about The Fuel Blocks, she just said if they not on the floor, we didn't have them, I was just there 2 days, Bought 6 , the other polite cashiers then told me if you need more we have them out back, I said I was all set for the day, and be back. Very Unhappy,
Best Tractor Supply in Vermont. I go to the one in North Clarendon Vt every 2 weeks. The service is great! I am always greeted at the door and asked if I need any help finding anything. The employees always have a smile on their faces and make you feel like family. My dog Diego loves the employees so much all I have to say to him is we are going to tractor supply and he grabs is harness and meets me at the door. I have been to other tractor supply stores and do not get treated like I do at the one in North Clarendon Vt. Love this store!
