Tractor Supply has a same day delivery guarantee if made before 2 pm.On Sunday April 22, 2024 I submitted an online order at 12:15 pm. The fee is 30.00 . My dog food was not delivered. Leaving my dogs with no food for Monday Monday morning at 7 am . I called customer solutions. Not only was this csr very nonchalant about my issue. Even after explaining I own a non profit animal rescue . And the dogs are out of food. She did not care. There was no offer of recompensation for the stress I endured all night. Worrying about what to feed my animals. She just simply DID NOT CARE.
I visited Tractor Supply in Arlington, WA., to purchase a pressure washer, along with whatever accessories I would need. This particular pressure washer was listed as In Stock (5 available), at the Arlington location. Upon arriving at the store, it was like pulling teeth to find someone who even gave a crap that I was there to buy something. When I showed the clerk/partner/store person the sheet I had printed from the web site with the information regarding the pressure washer, they pointed me to Aisle 22, where supposedly the pressure washer might be. Not even close...the shelves were pretty much bare. I asked another sales associate if the '5' might be in the back and he left to take a look, returning after a bit, shaking his head and said 'nope.' And that was it! Not even an offer to check another store for inventory, or an apology for the mistaken inventory listed on the web site. I try to support the local stores vs. buying everything from Amazon--even when the store purchase is going to cost more--but a shopping experience like this just reminds me how nice it is to place an order in 10 minutes and then see it delivered for free to my door in a couple of days. Not only did Tractor Supply lose the sale of the pressure washer, but the add-on products I had already loaded on my cart. I will not be going back. Please note: The review is for my visit to a particular location of Tractor Supply and may not be indicative of the entire chain.
Today i went to Tractor supply in crystal river for a porta cable cordless hammer drill. The store associate was very nice. He looked in the isle and did not see one there, so he looked up on the computer and Dunnellon had one he patiently gave me the number. I called the lady she said hold on I’ll check, 10 minutes later she said they were all out. The way she sounded I knew she did not check. So I drive there and look at that I bought the last porta cable cordless hammer drill. Why lie about it she should’ve said she didn’t have time to check. Tractor supply almost lost a sale.
I purchase a riding mower online with a promotional offer of 61 dollars a month for 48 months at 0% APR. The promotion was not added to my purchase and after spending several hours online and on the phone trying to straighten this out, I still have no resolution after 9 days. Thier customer service is a joke.
The store in Goliad Texas was one of the best set up store i have been inside in a while. They had a good supply of baby chicks and a wide variety of pullets. All the best chicken feed and supplies as well. The people that worked there where very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas of the store.
Good luck trying to buy a trailer. Only the manger can sell the trailer and that’s even if they show up for work. Then when they are there. Their computer system isn’t working so they can’t sell me the trailer. It’s been a week and I’ve tried everyday. Unreal. Employees are nice but they are not given the right tools to succeed. I feel bad for the people who work here. Figure it out corporate you are missing out on sales everyday that could help you improve that terrible software you make yourself.
This company has no intention of improving customer service. They sold me a lawnmower for 436.00 it has not run for more than 5 hours total in a year. They refuse to take it back and tell me to deal with the manufacturer ( YardMax) who has no service dealers. You have to find a repair shop, get an estimate, get the repair approved, pay for the repair and then hope the company reimburses you. Both Tractor Supply and Yard Max are crap.
I thought tractor supply was a stand up company but I guess I was so wrong I was treated by the assistant manger at the Colchester ct . store like garbage and when I called customer solutions about this problem they Said a district manager would contact me...well in still waiting and no call from any one from tractor supply so I called customer solutions again and again and still no call from district manager ...so in short that tells me they could care less about me as a customer who spent along of money in that store I WILL NEVER go to tractor supply ever again ever! Staff at the Zephyrhills location are always polite and helpful. They greet you at the door and will help you find products. They don't always have everything in stock though. There have been a few times of being out of propane for refills. But I am still happy they have the refills, not many places do that anymore. Overall a good place to shop.
