I am giving this product 5 stars based on my plumbers enthusiasm for it and he has wide knowledge of fitting immersion tanks. it looks very robust and well built but isn't actually installed yet so I can't comment on how economical it is to run.
The first radiator I ordered went out of stock. The company contacted me promptly and went out of their way to offer a suitable replacement at the same cost as my initial order. The radiator was damaged on delivery. I contacted customer service and a replacement radiator was delivered today on the 3rd working day after my contact. Service throughout was helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
Reading previous bad reviews is totally different from my experience. The service I had was outstanding and if I needed a product stocked by TradePlumbing, I'd order with no hesitation. I wonder if the problem is people who are dissatisfied are more motivated to write than satisfied customers. The radiator I bought had a manufacturing fault. The manufacturer tried to blame it on me or my plumber. The support team at TradePlumbing sorted it, probably with a lot of robust discussion with the manufacturer! The team was friendly throughout, reassuring and kept me informed at every step. Lovely friendly team of two.They saved ma a lot of worry and I cannot thank them enough.
Be really careful ordering from trade plumbling and I would recommend using a different, more reputable site that you can trust. Needed to return a product and they messed around so much with a) collection and b) refund that I had to chase and chase and chase to get anywhere - I still don't have any money back in my account. They then took 20% off the cost for the privilege of all of this (even though I asked numerous times for the return fee and they palmed me off). Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for a more trusted service.
