Tradera updated application, after which it did not work properly. The bids turned into auto bids and the app increased the amounts to really big amounts. I had to buy the products I was bidding for at huge prices, even though I hadn't even offered such a large sum for them. Tradera has not acknowledged the problem or even responded to me despite their promise.

Do not purchase any items without purchase protection. You have no rights as a buyer without it. I purchased a camera that was not as described, and although it says in the FAQ's that you have the rights to return it, they wont help you with the additional charge of purchase protection. Their information is misleading and tricks people to trust the platform security.

I highly recommend, do NOT buy any items from Tradera. No respects for buyers. There is no warranty for the part you purchase and there is no rights for buyer to say that I change my mind and I do not want it, even there is long time left for the bids and and seller has a chance to get other offers. When you buy the apartment which cost millions of SEK, you can say no in any time of biding but for second hand item??? it is so stupid system. Do not involve with this mess. I believe they will soon bankrupt or they need to rethink about their rules

I bought a par of Raurph Lauren shoes from a lady who was claiming that she bought them from the store but she in the end admitted that she herself bought them at tradera. The shoes got destroyed and destroyed my feet from the first use. Tradera backed her up claiming that according to their expert the shoes were authentic, when did the expert even see the shoes? They have been at my place since the lady send them to me. Well, she had sold thousand of things at tradera, no wonder why they took her side.

Very bad service , Tredra dos not take responsibility middlemen services. I bought a ps4 games and seller didn't sent it. I had buyer protection and I paid extra for it . But nothing happened. What I got was recommendation from Tredera to call seller , or find his number on hitta.se.
