I bought a second hand triumph sprint…

I bought a second hand triumph sprint gt 2016 and has only done 5,300 miles so was time to put it in for an MOT and as this was my first ever bike I never noticed the rear shock had gone so as of now trying to get triumph to help with this issue as I don’t think this part should have gone at this early time as bike has never had luggage filled with gear and as this is a touring bike has never had any weight on it (well apart from the rider)I love this bike even tho I might have bought to bike to early but learning a lot on itI hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears

Brilliant service great knowledge

I cannot understand these bad reviews of the service dept. I took my Triumph atrophy (14) plate fir a big service. Not only did the bike come back looking like a million dollars it ride sweet as a nut and more responsive afterwards. The guys kept me informed throughout the whole process including a small part that was out on stock but they are trying to source for me ASAP. It turned out Triumph will have to make a new part. I am so happy with the level of knowledge displayed and the care taken of my bike. I have always had EVERY service done here and will continue to do so.

I dealt with Triumph insurance - I won’t again

I dealt with Triumph insurance. NEVER again. Bought the policy yesterday (in advance of the renewal date) and ended up selling the bike. So asked to cancel the policy which was purchased less than 24 hours ago. Have been charged £60 for the pleasure. Got given the standard blurb about cancellation Ts&Cs but I think this is a short sighted approach. It’s not blindingly clear about the cancellation fees and I don’t think it unreasonable to stop a policy within such a short timeline. I will NEVER use Triumph motorcycle insurance ever again. And I will happily tell all my friends who ride bikes about my experience. I’m deeply unhappy with what has happened today and totally disappointed in the money grabbing ethos of large organisations.

Dissapointing service.

I recently brought my bike in salone for a repair on the engine. They returned the bike saying that the damage had been fixed, instead I have found several additional damages that weren’t there when I left it.Still to this day they have not been able to fix it and my bike is basically useless. It’s important to point out that my bike is not even a year old yet!I am so dissapointed with the service Triumph Officine has provided and even more upset that they can’t fix the damages which they were responsible for.

5* service as usual from Carl Rosner…

5* service as usual from Carl Rosner Triumph. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the entire team, especially Rob Ford in sales, Doug in services & the main man himself, Rob Rosner. Can’t wait to pick up my second bike (Speed Twin) from Carl Rosner tomorrow & thanks again for the home collection of my beloved Street Triple which I’ll truly miss. Keep up the great work guys! Thanks, Callum

Picked up my new tiger rally pro on Saturday from Blade Cheltenham. what a bike, absolutely outstanding ride. This is my second triumph from them, had a T120 Bonneville from new which i part exed for the Tiger. Got to say the sales team were fantastic throughout the whole process. quick and thorough. A special thanks to Max for keeping me up to date and Perry for the very efficient handover/takeover I received on the day. i am certain i wont be changing this bike for a while but when I do I will be back in touch with Perry.Paul Davies

Recently had to buy a new headlight for my explorer 1200 xcx, almost £500 for what is basically a plastic shell, When I received it the bolts, washers and rubber grommets weren't included so another £30 for these.I used to ride a goldwing which were expensive for parts but Triumph take the biscuit, a total rip off which should be investigated by comsumer groups etc

Ghosted by Customer Service!

I ordered a pair of boots from Triumph recently (after buying a Triumph motorcycle). I don't love the way they fit, so I'm trying to return them. I didn't receive a return label (had them shipped to a local dealer to save on shipping costs), so I reached out to customer service to see how to get a label. They responded, asking me to send my last name and shipping address, which I immediately did. That was October 8. I never received a reply. I followed up twice by email trying to confirm that they received the info they requested from me--no response. I've tried calling the "24/7" customer support phone number--it rings and rings, no answer. What do I do? How do I get these boots returned? They're just over $200, so it's not an insignificant amount of money. This is ridiculous. You are a major corporation! How can your customer service be this poor??

Great bikes but very very poor customer service !

I recently had a prob with a Triumph tiger 800, when i called triumph in Shipley and was advised 8 weeks before they could look at the starter motor issue, well at the time we had no idea what it was and neither did they but where happy for me to be without a bike for 8 weeks!I rang Triumph in York and while they said 6 weeks as one of their engineers had had an accident I thought that was still rubbish as it meant 6 weeks without my bike !!I do hope the engineer is well and this has nothing to do with him.Eventually 6 weeks later the bike went in, I can't put the rest on here as it was a disaster, and Triumph made a massive cock up on the repair, I collected the bike and its now ok and sold after handing Triumph 690 quid not a thank you in site , no shaking of hands absolute poor service !!The Triumph 800 is a great bike but dont buy the older ones 2014 and below!!! I would never buy another Triumph as the customer service is 100% disgracefull!be warned !!!!
