I find the triumph spares support side…

I find the triumph spares support side very poor. As a motorcycle mechanic I service and repair mainly home goldwings in my Workshop. But was asked to service and repair a triumph sprint st that had oil leaks on both fork legs. So I went to triumph to order parts which took 2 weeks to get. ?? Removed forks from bike it’s s 2005 model by the way. Checked parts. Wrong ones. Had several conversations with triumph and was finally told that if I need the stanchion guide bushes I would have to buy the fork stanchion as it comes with it on them. Not available from there spares department. I find this very disappointing especially if I want to service the front forks on a Honda goldwing I simply order all parts and I mean any and all parts are available for internals but not for a triumph no not even the tube bush are the correct bush got the forks. We Had to buy a second hand set of forks for the bike. I told my customer to get rid of it and buy a Japanese bike no problem with spares

Terrible service

Terrible service. I ordered clothes in the sale which were returned to triumph after ONE failed delivery attempt. After contact they said they would resend the order. I heard nothing for a week so I chased them up and they had booked the clothes in as stock and said all they could do was refund me. As there are no more t shirts in the sale I’m left with no t shirts. No compensation other than a pointless 10% off voucher. AVOID

On-Line Clothing store

Everyone is good when things go well. I think the measure of a company is how they deal with a problem. I tried to order a back protector off the Triumph website in time for delivery of my new bike, but their website was broken and I could not place the order. I informed Triumph and they said they would get back to me when they had fixed it. They got back to me but said they had been unable to fix their website in time and they offered to send me the back protector free of charge. Now that is great customer service.

Extremely helpful and at no cost

Spoke with Richard Harrison in the Technical Team at the Hinckley Head Office who sent me a Certificate of Conformity for my Triumph Bonneville. This enabled me to get compliance for the Ultra Low Emission Zone in London saving me £12.50 per day.Richard was extremely helpful and posted the certificate to me free of charge.

Motorcycle clothing

I recently brought new motorcycle jacket and leggings from bulldog triumph in Wokingham. Jason greeted me with the offer of a cup of coffee when I came and remembered me from my previous visit. He sent Alex one of the salesmen over to help me choose the items. He let me know that they had offers on last year's gear. And I paid a lot less than I was expecting. The service at bulldog triumph is always excellent and I will definitely buy my next motorcycle from them. It is a pleasure to do business with them. Steve jordan

Four months out of Warranty and 6th…

Four months out of Warranty and 6th gear has failed on my Speed Twin,at 11,400 miles. Triumph not interested, as I had changed the oil and filter myself, using recommended Castrol oil and genuine Triumph oil filters at 3,500 and 10,100 miles.....plus 4 months out of Warranty. Dreadful that a £11,000 motorcycle requires a very expensive (Quoted 3 days labour @ £96 per hour by Triumph dealer) after such low mileage and regular oil changes etc. First and last Triumph for me. Junk!
