After trying to figure out how the eye lift device works since I didn’t receive instructions with my order, Aldrin came to my rescue. I received an answer and information within a few hours! That never happpens with customer service. So now I can get back to the business of glowing. I hope that the eye lift glasses are as good as the customer support that I received . Thanks Aldrin!
I called to ask aFew questions about my new device….Aldrin answered my call and I asked when do I put the serum on and what the color sequence was on the light. Aldrin was very polite and answered my questions profressional …..put the serum on a clean face before you start and morning is green then red and evening is blue and red.

My eye lift device was defective when I first tried it. I contacted EJ in customer service and he responded promptly and got a new device shipped to me in short order.I'm waiting for the shipment now. Will report later on how the device works.EJ was easy and very pleasant to communicate with. I appreciate this kind of service and will recommend.
U have the worst customer service I have ever come in contact with. Ask for my refund Aug 5 finally with all the excuses and lies I came in contact with Matthew and he got the refund done by Sept 29. I do not know how u stay in business treating customers like u do!! So glad this is over and would never recommend u to anyone. If Matthew is smart he will leave this company who onlymakes excuses and lies when it comes to honoring their 100 day money back guarantee. Prayer and God using Matthew got my refund back. Really sad!!!
