Received a faulty Renewa eyelift device…

Received a faulty Renewa eyelift device and sent email stating problem. EJ responded quickly, and even though I couldn't send a video of the device in use with an explanation of the problem, she sent me a new one. Excellent customer service. Deducted one star for device not being checked before being sent to me.

What made fully understand how to utilize the facial tool was E.J., his attitude, enthusiasm and kindness for my misunderstanding of how the device operated. He was an exceptional helpful in a follow-up of how to get the best effect from daily use, i.e. time and frequency. The company is very lucky to have him as a service provider because he certainly expressed that my do diligence would show all the best results in several weeks, i.e. 21 days. And to be attentive and patient. I also appreciate how the serum works to brighten and seemingly just appear more alive.

My concern was accountability

My concern was accountability and th charge added for lifetime warranty at the time of purchase; however, right away within two weeks 28th without hassle at all, my malfunctioning unit did not require to be returned, and then I simply waited for the new one to arrive. I found a very inexpensive listing for one unused on Mercari and bought it for $11 in the interim period of time. I found that it was less durable had a different charging cord size smaller, but it did work in the same fashion. This permitted me to see that there are less expensive units that can be purchased on Alibaba or elsewhere, but the renew a lift is a definitely stronger more durable and excellent performing unit. Renewalift Kei has been marvelous. I look forward to my results.

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent. I worked with Matthew and from the beginning he was genuinely helpful, kind, friendly, and determined to resolve my issue. His level of thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and overall care is rare these days and definitely stands out. He also resolved my issue quickly which was a bonus. If I was only rating Matthew this would be a 5+ star review!I was disappointed that the website didn't prominently show that the Niacinamide serum is a whitening serum. I have sensitive skin and would not have ordered it had that information been made clear. I was very grateful that Matthew understood and when the alternate solutions he offered did not work for me, he kindly offered a full refund with no ill will shown. I'm also very grateful that he quickly understood my concern about the opened serum box I received and immediately sent out a replacement. In terms of the guasha, I've only had it a few days so time will tell if it's effective. I do like the multiple settings so far which bodes well. In a nutshell, Matthew is an excellent example of how great customer service is the best way to foster customer loyalty. Because of him I have a positive view of this company despite the serum situation. I really hope he will be commended for his excellent work and is seen as the example for other employees to follow!

Renewa Eyelift Device

After a rough start with the Renewa Eyelift device not working, Kei has been very helpful. He has been prompt answering my emails and resolving the problem. I am now in the process of getting a replacement. Hopefully, the device will work longer than the first and as good as the customer service has been until now.
