I had ordered a product over a month ago and never received it, as I had provided incomplete mailing information. Upon learning this, I contacted the Customer Support Team about two weeks later to rectify the problem. I immediately heard back from Kei who personally helped me and issued a replacement. Kei has been very communicative and helpful and I am anxiously awaiting my product.
Due to a medical problem I couldn’t use the product I ordered and unfortunately had to return it. Matthew from customer service was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. He was polite and efficient and helped the return process easy and smooth. Due to matthew’s handling of the matter I will continue to be a loyal customer of Renewa Skin.
I spoke with EJ who wrote me back promptly and answered my questions. Turns out, the problem was solved shortly before I received my answer.Unbelievably good Customer Service !! Kind and considerate and even gave me some suggestions about using the product!
Their customer service is amazing, always responding quickly to my emails. I sent the wrong shipping address, and they updated my address immediately. Kei especially has been fantastic with following up for me and helping to resolve the problem I was having with the shipment. Great customer service!
