Customer Service Representative

Although I don't like the return policy of this company because they only will give you 50% of your money back on an unused undamaged product; the customer service representative EJ I worked with, was exceptional. I received 40% of my money back and was able to keep the products. I can't speak to the products themselves as I'm sure they are wonderful, but I personally was unable to use due to my own skin issues.

Integrity means everything to me :)

Integrity means everything to me :) I called RENEWA SKIN Customer Service the evening of Thursday 21/8/25 and I spoke with EJ , regarding my Renewa lift shipment. Once again I was treated like the queen I am :) That young man treated me like I was the only one in the room. EJ gave me the information needed with the up most respect. Yes! Integrity is the key. Team work makes the dream work. Yes! I really love the Renewa lift product. Good company and good customer service team. Thank you again EJ and God bless the whole team :)

Great customer service

The customer service rep was EJ and they really were instrumental in my getting a refund. Originally I was only supposed to get a 25% refund but EJ understood my situation and went to bat for me and I ended up getting a 50% refund which was awesome. Very responsive customer service rep, hats off to EJ.

Defective

I received my renew red light eye lift glasses but they are defective. The red light works but not the other functions. I spoke to Kei on the customer experience team and I will be sending a video of my issue. I feel confident with the quick and kind response I received from Kei my issue will be resolved. I will get a replacement or a refund.UPDATE: 9/8/2025I am very disappointed and upset with tryrenewa.com. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to ship me the correct red light glasses that were advertised. I waited for the new shipment, and what I had guessed would happen, they sent me the EXACT same red light glasses with faulty functions.
