My RenewaLift stopped vibrating afer 2 days of use. I had a bit of difficulty finding out how to contact the company but when I did EJ, from customer service replied to my email promptly. I was asked to send a video taken while using the device. Being tech-challenged this was difficult for me but EJ was very patient and explained in detail how to do it. After viewing the video EJ quickly approved a replacement to be sent to me. The process was quick and pleasant and any difficulties were caused by my lack of online skills. Thank you EJ. This senior lady is grateful for the respect and patience you demonstrated.
Yes after a rocky start to my order and tracking problems EJ was on the case and expedited my renewaskin orderAnd now the device is here l can really feel my facial muscles tightening So thank you EJ fabulous job in soothing irate customers
Today, I had the pleasure to work with Kai to resolve an issue with my Renewa device. Kai quickly resolved this issue for me. I love my Renewa device, use it daily as directed and can see positive changes in my facial appearance. In the near future, I will be purchasing additional products from this company.
Buyer beware- this is a SCAM! The product did not work, I was asked by KEI to leave a 5 STAR review here and on BBB before they would replace item in a few days. After leaving a review, I never received a replacement, followed up multiple times and KEI did NOT respond.Don’t waste your money, it’s a SCAM!!!I reached out multiple times over a month after was told to leave 5 star review to replace broken item by KEI, I was misled and finally no response.
