No refunds for returns

I have ordered 3 plants from their website and returned one a week ago. They have nicely requested my bank details to return the money and since I have provided that I have not heard back from them. I sent another email to check if the money has been transferred and if not when to expect it but I still have no reply to that

Good quality and service

The plants were in good condition and the service was fast and friendly. They even carried everything, without question, up four flights of stairs. Highly recommend them.
