One item did not get delivered

One item did not get delivered. When contacting costumer service I had to upload pictures of all items I did get delivered first before they even wanted to take the complain into consideration. No answer back after taking this effort whereas I think it’s their responsibility to take care of their mistakes not me. Reply came after two days and they solved the issue by refunding.
