I ordered a 2.25-2.5m tree.I got was an over 3m high tree. When I sent over the photos along with a meter - they said it’s only SLIGHTLY higher, 25cm. Well no, it’s 1m larger. After timely communication we managed to resolve the issue, I got a full refund without order pick-up. I appreciate the help of an agent, Arien.
On 21 April I got a plant in a bad condition with a pot that was smaller than the plant. I sent an email and asked for a solution and Lika did her best to help me out.I got the full amount of the money back and I can also keep the pot.Thank you very much Lika!
