Trusted Trust pilot but I should have read the Google reviews instead

I placed my order based on the rating of Trust pilot but I should have read Google reviews. My order was placed over the weekend and was confirmed I should receive Tuesday but then Monday got a note that my delivery was delayed due to technical reasons. Long story short... It's nearly a week later and I am still missing items from my order. No response from Tuincentrum via email, no followup from them around when the delivery will occur, wrong items delivered. etc. WILL NEVER order from this place ever again.

we ordered at tuincentrum.nl because we were promised delivery in 2 days. We got the message next day that delivery in 2 days won't b possible and it can happen when tuincentrum is able to book transport - maybe 4,5 days maybe later. We proposed paying extra for trasnport to get it in two days. that was not possible either. We canceled the order 23 June, today is 27 July. We are still waiting for the money. Already sent 4 reminders and got confirmation twice that the money is sent. it was not. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online shop.

Low quality

I ordered two acer palm trees (Japanese esdoorn). Delivery was quick but the quality of trees was very low comparing to similar shops such as directplant.nl where I usually shop.Some of trees branches were broken, the trees look very sad and unhealthy, and the pot was filled with lowest quality ground nd soil.I am dissatisfied.
