Very impressed with the quality of the services! The parcel arrived well, right in the day chosen by us. I look forward to seeing the results of both hortensia soil and the related Pokon Hortensia Blauwmaker in the weeks and months to come.One remark: the 10% discount promised while register for the newsletter could not be deducted online. So I got in touch with the Customer Service to see how can I get it back.

Unreliable delivery - but working on the issue

Absolutely unreliable delivery. No follow up about delays.Edit: After I complained here, they followed up very professionally and made an attempt to fix the situation. The call center can still see quite some improvements, and employees could be more attentive. Yet, to be fair, the delivery issues seems to be an honest problem that they are working to fix.

A company that listens and adapts to customer feedback | Original Title: This Company is Practicing

After posting my review here, I was contacted by Tuincentrum and initially was offered a full refund and apologies. In response, I stated that more than a refund, I would like to see the available sizes updated for the product in question, to reflect the actual inventory on hand. A refund would help me, but it wouldn't solve the larger issue for other customers.After a while, Tuincentrum wrote back apologizing for the delay and explained it was due to internal discussions that led to a decision to change how plant size/maturity is indicated across the entire web store. I think this is commendable and goes above and beyond my request and shows that they truly understand the issue and are taking considerable efforts to remedy it, for everyone. Changing my review from 1 star to 4 for now--once the changes are implemented, I'll change it to a 5.---Original Text Follows---Tuincentrum lists multiple sizes of plant in their web store, the larger options obviously cost significantly more--double the size, double the cost.However, they do not actually have stock or even access to stock for the larger size, or even the smaller size. Order 20-40cm plants? You'll receive 7cm plants if you're lucky! They show no remorse, regret, or shame for this practice. They even claim that this is "for the health of the plants." Next they claimed it was done out of courtesy, rather than inconveniencing me by cancelling my order--or even just asking--they decided to send me half-dead, 5-7cm tall plants.Despite admitting that they have no larger plants to send, they continue to offer both sizes as in stock and available in their web store. This is, plain and simple, consumer fraud.

Great after sales service

Updated review! A thanks to Lika from Tuincentrum’s customer support team. I had a couple of unfortunate issues with my order, but all were resolved and followed up on after speaking to Lika. It really turned around what started as a sour experience. Now I have the great quality tree I was hoping for, and the plants in my terrace garden make me smile every day. Things happen, but it’s how you respond to them that really matters. Tuincentrum really did a good job there. I would shop with them again knowing they will take care of their customers.
