Horrible customer service. After ordering noticed the store location was incorrect. Cancelled order within 2 minutes and they refused to refund me to process a new order and make it for correct location. I called to remedy this and was told that the restaurant already made the food. I can tell you from experience when I make an online order for pick up, they don’t the food until the person arrives so this food was not made in the timeframe it took to cancel the order.
So bad customer services stolen my £27,50 recently for first time ive used to order my daughter food they was keeping changing the driver 3drivers been changed so I decided to cancelled my order and I get my refund since now nothing happened. I several tried to contact the team customer service through the Apps bloody AI robot I tried to call their number i couldn't get them on phone ive lost moneys I didn't receive the foods ive ordered never ever again order my food from them obviously degrease .
I accidentally ordered food to the wrong location, and within a minute I reached out to customer care for help. Instead of assisting me, they kept switching agents in the chat—4 to 5 times—and each time I had to explain everything from the beginning. No one actually helped.I even told them that my cousin could go and pick up the order, but instead of helping, they cancelled it.I then called customer service, and the representative told me she would issue a refund, but I never received it. When I called again, after a long discussion, the agent simply cut the call. It was a very disappointing experience.Everyone makes mistakes—we are human. That’s why customer service exists: to support us when things go wrong. But in my case, they didn’t listen, didn’t help, and made the situation even more frustrating.
I would rate customer service zero stars if I could. I ordered a Chinese yesterday and the food arrived stone cold and it tasted off. I tried to call the restaurant but could not get through. I contacted Uber eats and they got back to me 12 hours later. Giving me a partial refund of £3. I asked the reasons why and to be transferred to a manager. I have been ignored since. I have been vomiting since eating a bit of the meal and can’t even get hold of anyone.
Do not apply for uber eats! They will take your money and play with you i been on the phone for hours the took money out on an optional coverage I never asked for and when I went to ask for my money back on top of issues adding my car the stop you from making money and I’ve reported it to bbb ! Your best bet is DoorDash avoid these scammers! And they don’t care about people who be stealing the food and people like me have to reach out to these ass wholes because they play with the customers too! Sad world we live in don’t nobody wanna do their job and they people that is getting all the backfire! They need to be banned I will never ever deliver for them ever! But I don’t hear too many bad things about DoorDash but this ! Run!
Waited an hour for my food the driver was lost,could not find me, did not speak English and refused to come to my location. I was still charged because I cancelled the order after an HOUR wait. The joke was support non help.Dont use them ever.
