I wish I could give it no stars. I done with this company. I paid $51 for a order from Popeyes which was already ridiculous. But I paid for it. I am working at a different location and the location was wrong on my order and it may been 5 mins or less and when I noticed it was the wrong address I tried to change it and they wouldn't let me. They asked if I wanted to cancel because it wouldn't let me change the address and when I said yes it charged me $24 for cancellation fee. Now I was okay with getting a cancellation fee but they charged me half of what I paid which is ridiculous. This company don't care about how much money you spend with them or how loyal you is. I could use any delivery app but I only delt with urber eats. To do this to a customer when you have never did this before it ridiculous. I tried to get in touch with someone about this situation and because they know they bogus it would not let me contact anyone in support. Let's boycott this company.

Absolutely despicable that their isn't any customer service especially when I have tried all avenues if I have to take this to small claims I will as this is not the first time I have had issues or money has left my account when I should have been refunded

I accidentally selected the wrong…

I accidentally selected the wrong address when placing my order. Within 30 seconds, I called the restaurant to cancel, and I also cancelled the order through the app. Despite this, I’m still being charged £20. This is extremely disappointing and unfair, especially considering how quickly I acted to correct the mistake.

Why do we bother ordering food…

Why do we bother ordering food nowadays? You wait for over an hour and your food is cold. Uber Eats will only provide a refund if your food is “damaged” - what does that even mean? Cold food is damaged, you can’t eat it or reheat it. We should just be ok to pay for crap food; that’s Uber Eats ethics. Well done! You lost a customer.

Disgusting customer service won’t use again.

I placed an order through McDonald’s app. I inputted the right address (had proof on my receipt emailed to me) for then uber eats to have a completely different address on the order at an address 20 minutes away. My order arrived 50 minutes after it had left the restaurant. According to uber eats support I’m not entitled to a refund because it was delivered in an acceptable amount of time and it wasn’t their fault. 50 minutes and the food was cold!!! Disgusting customer service. Won’t be using the McDonald’s app for delivery or uber eats again.

I am a regular customer with uber eats , My order could not find a driver and it was past the latest delivery I was talking to a customer service with the name “Hady” and he had told me “since you have no requests I will be ending that chat” or something similar even tho I previously asked if my order was actually going to come as the shop I ordered from had now closed because of how long it had took , he kept telling me it can’t be cancelled and refunded , so when he ended it I requested help again and the AI literally said I could cancel it free of charge so clearly his customer service is lacking and it seems he just couldn’t be bothered to deal with it , he frequently told me if I was going to cancel I had to do so with my payment still there and also told me I needed to be patient after he told me the latest arrival time and it was already approaching it with still no courier

Restaurant is 7mins away but rider is going around the houses to collect the order. Taken 40 mins and hasn’t even come close to collecting the order yet. Absolute waste of time.

No human customer service

No human customer service leads to going around in circles talking to a bot. Not helpful when your entire order has to be thrown away and the only thing they refunded was a missing item. Stay clear.

HIRAD driver Hamilton rude driver-I got an order delivered today in…

I got an order delivered today in Hamilton the driver name is HIRAD he is very disrespectful and rude saying I wasted his time first of all he got the order late should be arrived 7:35-7:46 pm estimate delivery but he came late at 7:58 pm and I was not home and did answer my buzz on my phone n he can leave the delivery at door but he was like a creep waited 10 mins which I never asked as instructed he can meet me at door or leave at door if I’m not around are instructed on app. He was rude saying I wasted his time and he said me to be nice to drivers lol I went to work too so only I ordered my food lol why can’t he leave food n go like others haha. That was pretty odd experience and he complained on me that he felt uncomfortable communication first uber support guy cherry should read messages what driver sent before judging a customer and the driver delivered the food cold n salad was out of box lol and he tells me about time 😂🤣

Beware use Uber Eats if you want to pay…

Beware use Uber Eats if you want to pay for meals you never get. Horrible, horrible company.Ubers app showed my delivery going to Cafe Rio. Called the driver to see where he was delivering and sure enough he shows delivered to Cafe Rio. Cafe Rio was where I got my last order from and Uber delivered it. I couldn’t get any help at all from uber customer service. I received an email today saying “they couldn’t confirm my order didn’t arrive. Apparently uber drivers get lots of fee meals, thanks to Uber customers. Uber Eats is unreliable, dishonest and very, very poor customer service.
