I ordered 3 drinks from Starbucks

I ordered 3 drinks from Starbucks. Only one arrived. They refused to refund me for the drinks EVEN THOUGH starbucks admitted they didn't send the drinks!

UberEats ish

Driver basically claims not to speak read nor write English but is working without being able to communicate. She picked up my order with no communication, 92 mins after she picked up the order they finally agreed to cancel my order without charging me $20 cancellations fee.. they have no number I waited 5 mins to chat with someone and resolve it. Worst experience ever, and after 2 hours no food and now waiting for a refund, and the discount I won’t use because I deleted the app asap. And to the foreign driver Yenniffer I hope they fire her because I know she took my food from Fridays. Shame on you UberEats

Incredible, I do not receive my food they charge me for it and there is no way to contact them. You complain on online and they do not bother to read what you write. So 46 euros for 0 food. Incredible!

Gavr the app another chance since…

Gavr the app another chance since January today.. Doesn't work as it should. I put 1500sek in uber money but can't use it. Impossible to reach customer service, then app + website is lagging. That's why I never use the app..

Overpriced, slow, poor customer service

Scam, over priced food for a long wait. Different drivers and cars all the time.Don't be lazy just go out and pick up cause this company is a waste all the time for me. Today is the last time I use Uber, packaged two hot sandwiches and a cold chocolate milk in between the food. Uber will not refund credit anything, the food was cold the milk was warm the bag is split from condensation and I show proof, they just say no and end the chat. Over an hour wait also. Uber eats to me is a scam waste.

That is an overly generous rating. I placed an order for my friend and me, as I intended a lazy day of no cooking. The updates were looking promising until it stated that my delivery driver, 'HAZIZ', was 1 minute away, then 2, then 1 minute. It stated that 'Haziz' was calling me to tell me my order had arrived. No, he didn't; my phone was on, and no call came through. It then showed a photo of him delivered to the wrong number, wrong house. I waited for an order that never arrived, going hungry. I was charged £36.08, and trying to contact customer services is like walking in the forest, blindfolded, in the middle of the night. NEVER use Uber Eats, or anything Uber-related. Terrible company, shouldn't be allowed to operate, and should be closed down.

UBER EATS IS A SCAM THEY STOLE MY MONEY- I never received an email OR text…

I never received an email OR text confirmation, it knocked me off the platform, so I said okay I'll order through Door dash(should have done that from the start) when my door dash order arrived there were 2 shady looking people Male & Female(NOT the doordash delivery gentleman) that were also delivering an order for me from Haagen Dazs that I never received any confirmation from uber eats! So I did not accept the delivery. the couple that were uber eats drivers said they have to bring it back to the store and told me I need to call UE which was total BULLSHIT! They said the order was completed through the chat which wastes an hour for a call if customer support offered it could have taken 5 munutes tops! Door dash is the best and have smart drivers that go the extra mile!!! Door dash gives you a confirmation with Tracking too! Save your sanity and avoid UBER EATS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

Multiple isssues with this company

Multiple isssues with this company, I was charged $74, not sure for what? I am still looking for someone i could talk to and have this sorted out, but good luck finding someone whom you could talk to. Also on the same day , I had requested for a ride , upon accepting the ride by the driver, he messaged me to cancel the ride, which i declined as i would be charged, however waiting for some time , the driver not showing up , i took a taxi and then see a charge of $6.30 for cancellation????? I did not even cancel, it was the driver.... I just need my money refunded please

Would give ZERO stars if possible

Would give ZERO stars if possible - did not receive items ordered and immediately contacted Uber Eats. Will not refund money - just suggested that I give bad feedback to restaurant. Will not use them again.
