They take the whole 9 yards never got what I wanted charged excessive money for delivery and no money. There bogus 25 with 15 off is bogus as well. When you deal with these there is no customer service. Still with deliveroo man. The drivers here are very polite but that is it. No way of getting through to ubereats your money.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery today and decided to order elsewhere. Tried to cancel my original order which as I’m still typing still hasn’t been checked and trying to get through to anyone is impossible. Very disappointing service and extremely poor representation from the company.

Would give zero

Would give zero, why are delivery drivers allowed to pick up more than 1 order at a time especially when I have ordered hot food, the latest delivery was delayed as he had a pick up, once picked up he went somewhere else then on his way to ours stopped off the headed our way only for him to call somewhere else before eventually getting to mine, surprise to say the food was stone cold and when you report it you don’t really get a apology just got £1.19 back, once I have healed from my operation I won’t ever use this company again

There’s always a problem with delivery

Ordered from uber eats for an ASDA delivery today 23rd Nov 25. Waited an hour for delivery only for it all to be cancelled for no reason. I will NOT be using uber eats again!!

Some drivers shouldn’t be allowed to work for uber

I know a few fair uber drivers and most of the time I don’t have issues, however some of their drivers should be fired! I ordered a McDonalds and my driver was so careless that he spilled my McFlurry and drink in the bag which I did not get to enjoy, it leaked onto my floor and I wasn’t happy, I confronted the driver and he shrugged his shoulders and didn’t take accountability, this isn’t the first time this has happened and it’s been with other drivers, I won’t be using uber eats again.

Lousy customer service and many service charges

Item missing from my order AGAIN. I say this because I find when I buy a BOGO many restaurants will send only one item. This time it was 1 item of 5 missing. After the clunky interaction on their app, Uber asked for my receipt. I scanned a copy. The receipt showed what I ordered. They insisted it is on the receipt so it was delivered. NO!!! They would not give a refund for a $11 item. Instead they suggested I was lying. My food items totaled $75 but the total cost with Uber charges was $102. Just Crazy

I was waiting for my food and the delivery driver her name is Melissa literally waited for the pin just to take off with my food . Can’t believe this oh and Ubereats is still letting her keep her job so watch out for weirdo drivers like her.

Food always cold. No drivers. Offers aren’t real. Deliveroo so much better. Will refund no problem. Uber Eats will not refund despite their awful service
