Horrid, three year user, tried to get courses for my paramedic job. Never works, iphone, ipad, pc, macbook, work pc. TRIED ALL OF THEM, courses never want to open, cant download, doesn't play. It's like a bad connection on their end, and the dealbreaker: loop where you have to go through their forums to try and get customer service. Buyer beware, most of this company is based in India.
I purchased the Canadian Securities Course Vol 2, but it’s full of errors and misleading content:❌ Incorrect quiz answers (e.g., Test 2, Q35)❌ Missing topics (Momentum Investing isn’t in Chapter 16)❌ Likely AI-generated with no human verificationDespite Udemy’s 30-day refund guarantee, they refused my refund, claiming I watched too much of the course. It is a scam. after 2 days they remove the course from the web and there is no way to request a refund of the money paid.Es una estafa. al cabo de 2 días te quitan el curso de la web y no hay manera de contactar con ellos ni solicitar el reembolso del dinero pagado.
Unfortunately you get what you pay for. I bought a MS Office Course. The Excel screen options did not match mine and after less than an hour in I had to give up on the course because I could not follow along because I had none of the options the instructor was attempting to teach. I attempted a refund was denied because I completed 45 minutes of a 20 hour course even though I was within 30 days. I simply COULD NOT continue to follow along as I did not have the proper screens and Excel options the instructor was trying to teach and I used the zip file they sent me to follow along. Very unprofessional and shady.
So far so good. I’m enjoying learning different courses on my spare time when I’m not working or doing online school. I appreciate the instructors who have took the time to do this courses. I did sign up for the monthly fee. So far I’ve enjoyed everyone I have watched. Mainly medical courses such as billing and coding and their fundamentals on Medical Assistanting and the Electronic Health Records Specialist courses!! I appreciate it all. Very intriguing.
