Course was falsely advertised to begin with but after a couple of videos I realised the software used in the course was also very out of date and using depreciated systems. Requested a refund and was given it as a credit when I'd only purchased it 5 days ago!
Under no circumstance give Udemy money... The support bot is a rort and takes you around in circles. Their promises of a 30 day refund are FALSE and in any case, you cannot access support via email because there is no support email provided.I bought three courses, one which wasn't suitable and could not request either a full or partial refund, once again to the continuous loop taking one nowhere.
Bad!Bad!Bad! Horrible Udemy! Their lectures are scammers and you just have to be careful. No money transaction. One lecturer Ali Syed scammed me about $X. Over $X1 promising to build a Solana bot for me. In the process, he gained control of my Phantom wallet and drained my $X2 balance to zero. I initially contacted him through udemy platform so I trusted him as my udemy lecturer thinking he could not do anything STUPID. A lecturer stealing from a student? Sad!!! Udemy suck!!!!! The course is COMPLETE FOREX TRADING with chatgpt, mt5 and python. His course does not produce any practical results. Just hiding behind udemy to steal from students. Just be careful.
I purchased a course in my area of interest. I read and reread the description of the course content. The course contained about half an hour of what was advertised. The rest of the course contained nothing to do with the subject. It was just information about how to do another course.
I had multiple courses bought through Udemy and recently paid for a course (PMP 35 PDUs) after doing some hours of studies during trial period.They first blocked my account. I sent an email requesting to unblock it but instead they proceeded to delete my account without any cause!!No email response, no justification, directly deleted my account! What a shame that I not only lost my money but also other courses and countless hours of studies.I will not recommend this.
Absolutely one of the most awful course provider specially in healthcare procedure. I attended 3 courses on Vit B12 and Phlebotomy. 2 courses were recorded by a mobile phone, shaking, rotating and the presenter was so incoherent that it was not possible to make sense out of his lectures. The models were female muslims that did not wish to be seen and therefore the recording captured their shoes rather than the technique. All the procedures were performed in a messy clinical settings, poor hygiene and poorly recorded. When I asked for refund (30 days refund guarantee acc the site), they refused with following message:"This course is not eligible for a refund based on your viewing history. In accordance with our refund policy, you have watched too much of this course to request a refund." These course were waste of time and waste of money. Not recommended at all.
