Impossible to speak to someone. Send an email and it won't send. Bought a course and it didn't show up that i had purchased it. Two days later I get a refund with no explanation. I should have read all of the reviews first. Hopefully this saves someone else hassle.
Some good courses, but Customer Support is pitiful, and it is impossible to reach a live person. I know that the trend these days for many companies is to simply direct their customers to a generic question search database or AI Bot…but they still must provide a contact email to get people’s questions answered with a live person. Not doing so is, quite simply, very poor customer service. I offer with respect that if they want to continue to be competitive, they must do so.
I bought probably from Udemy the worst course I have ever seen. I asked to refund my on same day of purchase and I never received a normal refund according to the payment method I used but only in credits. Tried to use the credits to buy another course but although there was a discount campaign I had to pay the initial price of the courses and I was not entitled for the discounted price. It is just a SCAM platform. I have already informed the banks and the tax authorities of my country

Udemy does not disclose the publication date of their trainings, and their customer support team refuses to provide this information.This is a consumer unfriendly practice intended to deny customers with the information they need to make an informed decision. In this case, is the course outdated? Is it still relevant?
If I could give a zero star they would be worthy of it. They take payment, have a terrible instructor for the course I took, I asked for a refund but they only gave a partial credit. Then they proceeded to remove my credit completely and deleted all my internal messages and course prices. This company Udemy is a scam operation that does not protect the customer. Don’t you spend one cent with these scum bags.
