Ordered my son's tracksuit for Christmas on black Friday weekend. £175No delivery yet. Now my order is delayed. I have sent four emails and had one reply asking for more details of my purchase. I have asked for a refund so I can get my son another present for Christmas day but again, no reply. Will never buy from them again. Awful.
I returned a £200 tracksuit on 8th December, I have messaged 5 times about being refunded but no one is addressing my issue. It’s now the 21st December and my issue is ongoing. Don’t order from here, the customer service is horrendous and you probably won’t get your money back!
I purchased two hoodies in november for Christmas presents.Only one hoodie arrived and the other is yet to be seen!I checked to see if any of them was pre ordered and it wasn’t.I’ve tried calling and it just cuts off after ringing for 15 minutes and I’ve been emailing and that has been ignored. I received one email saying they’ve been delays with posting for Christmas and if i cancel my order they’ll issue me a full refund. I replied back to cancel and still no reply from them or a refund! Over 3 months of chasing them and just getting ignored basically! I’d avoid at all cost unless you wanna give them money & not receive anything then be my guest! Customer service is a joke!!!
Surely a scam 5 weeks in and still zero response after multiple contact attempts through all channelsEventually I receive a DHL tracking number saying the order is shipped. DHL say the Tracking number is not valid and have not received anything. Again, zero contact with Trapstar….. shambles of a company, I’m genuinely mind blown how they can continue to trade
They take the money and send a order confirmation and then that’s it! No dispatch notice, no delivery notifications and nothing arrives. They don’t answer emails, live chat or phone calls and their shop is closed. Such a shame they are doing this to so many people obviously ordering as Xmas gifts. I’ve reclaimed the money through my bank thankfully but my son won’t have his Christmas gift!
Very poor customer service! Spent nearly £400 on Christmas presents for my son on 28th November not received as yet 1 email to say been delayed but nothing stating how long. I have sent 4 emails and tried to call no response at all! Avoid at all costs!! Trading standards be next port of call. Absolutely disgusting customer service 🤬🤬🤬
I would give this company a minus score if I could - they definitely don’t deserve 1 star. I returned a t shirt and shorts over 2 weeks ago, I have the proof of postage, I’ve tried contacting them every way I can and no one is responding. Small claims court next but this is appalling - do not buy from this terrible terrible thieving company.
