Worst customer service ever - avoid

Two orders placed on 25th November, received one but annoyingly I ordered the wrong size so now waiting for a refund. The other correct order still outstanding, but no response from numerous emails and voice messages. Son will be without some Christmas presents now. Fuming, will never buy from this co again.

If I could give no stars I would, absolute sham of a company. I had an initially problem with delivery (delivery company said it was delivered with no proof and false name). They were not willing to help as they deemed it not to be their problem, as I am THEIR customer this is very much their problem. Item eventually arrived 2 weeks later. I had raised a charge back as advised, to get my money back. Once the item was eventually received I returned it via Royal Mail tracked (19th October) as I had ordered a replacement. I then cancelled the charge back and had confirmation this was cancelled from my bank on the 12th November and despite numerous emails and live chats I still have had nothing back. Proof of the item being returned has been supplied as well as proof of chargeback cancellation. I will now be reporting to trading standards as the treatment given to their customers is unacceptable. They are withholding my money for an item that has been returned over 2 months ago. AVOID!

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. Bought a coat, had to send it back, tracked through post office, Trapstar received back on 20th December and still no refund. have phoned and emailed. cannot get through on the phone and no answer from email. I class this as THEFT. There must be something that can be done regarding this?????

I received an email today explaining…

I received an email today explaining that Trapstar had moved to another warehouse and that’s what was causing the delays!! Email also stated that they were currently sending out Black Friday orders so that’s November!! If they couldn’t honour those orders why continue to take more orders !!! I was told it would be a further 10 days after my initial 2 weeks wait and I’m now passed that date and over a month ! I will NEVER order from these cowboys again

I have ordered £240 worth of clothing…

I have ordered £240 worth of clothing on 27th November. Still not arrived. No one gets back to you after numerous emails. My so will go without at Christmas. I'm fuming. Do not order from these people ruined my Christmas

Trapstar have taken £250 from me and…

Trapstar have taken £250 from me and not delivered the goods. Ordered on 24th November and heard nothing regarding a dispatch date.I have emailed and called countless times and have only received automated responses asking for order details which I have given each time.Lots of customer complaints all saying the same thing on social media channels.At any time this is disgraceful but in the run up to Christmas and in a cost of living crisis completely unacceptable.

Appalling Non Existent Customer Service

I’m still waiting on an order from 9th November never mind later orders from the live drop. These items were all shown as in stock at time of purchase. I am close to looking for a full refund for everything if it wasn’t for my son’s disappointment. Never again ……. He can go to the shop in future!

Disgusting customer service

I like others ordered my son a tracksuit in the LIVE DROP on the 19th November - wish I never bothered. £180 tracksuit no where to be seen I have emailed asking for simple will it be here in time for Christmas and if not please refund me so I can get something else no reply or response apart from a link to products showing delays the tracksuit I ordered isn’t even on there. I will never use this company again.

The DHL tracking number the company gave us is actually a DPD tracking number. Hope that might help some.
